Here is a very nice condition CS28 in blue and black marbled finish, made around 1950; the pen is a lever-filler and has a medium grade 14ct gold nib and writes nicely; there is no plating wear on the band, the clip or the lever; there are no cracks, chips or deep scratches and the imprint is readable.
