This is a very nice Parker 51 aerometric pen set, comprising fountain pen and ballpen, in black with gold-filled caps; it is in very nice condition with only a very few fine surface scratches consistent with the items having been handled over its 60 years; there are no dings, splits or deep scratches on the barrels and there are no marks of note on the caps; the items have been used but not a lot as there is little sign of wear to the nib; this is a nice pen and you will be really thrilled with it. The nib is a medium grade 14ct gold and writes nicely. The ballpen has a new refill. The set is boxed and the box is mechanically sound but has a few marks. Please note the third picture show signs of marks on the cap but they are shadows from surrounding structures.
