This is a USA made very nice Parker 51 in dark burgundy with a gold-filled cap; there are no dings, splits or scratches on the barrel and there are virtually no marks on the cap either; the pen has been used but its in lovely condition and writes beautifully; you will be really thrilled with this one. The nib is a medium grade 14ct gold.
