> Parker Popular in Orangy Brown

Here is a very nice Popular in orangy brown from early 1940s with a readable imprint; this pen has been used so has a few small marks consistent with that use but it is not damaged and any new owner, wanting it to use, will be thrilled with it; it has a lovely fine grade 14ct gold nib and writes nicely; there are no signs of plating wear on the clip but there are slight signs of wear where the cap fits and where it is posted. This is a pen made by Parker in the UK for the Danish market; it has the 'C/O anchor logo' (Christian Olsen was the official distributor of Parker pens in Denmark) on the barrel and there is an engraved symbol on the nib that I cannot make out what is.
