> 402 Fountain Pen in Black with a Hall-marked Silver Overlay

Here is a very nice 402 (I think) in black hard rubber with a silver overlay; it was made in the late 1900s or early 1910s and has been used; the pen has a No.2 medium grade 14ct gold nib which is quite flexible; the pen is an eye-dropper-filler which needs to be filled from a bottle with a pipette. There is a 'Waterman' imprint visible on the end of the barrel and hallmarking on both barrel and cap. There are a few small bruises on the barrel as shown in the 5th picture; considering its over 100 yrears old its pretty good.
